Cooking Instructions:

Chickpeas & Red Kidney Beans

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot and turn temperature to low
  2. Add chickpeas and red kidney beans to pot and allow to cook for ~1hr


  1. Oil pan with coconut oil and turn to medium heat
  2. Sauté diced onion in pan until golden brown (~15min)

The Mix

  1. Mix chickpeas, red kidney beans and onions in a bowl
  2. Season/spice with parsley, lemon, salt and pepper
