Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375˚C (190˚F)
  2. Use a food processor to whizz chickpeas, red onion, parsley, cumin, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix in coconut oil
  4. Make small balls about 2 inches wide and ½ inch thick
  5. Bake each side until outer layer is light brown (~12min each side)
