Cooking Instructions:

  1. Place garlic, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl along with a splash of water
  2. Slice tempeh into 1 inch thick pieces and score (make diagonal slices on sides)
  3. Marinate tempeh in garlic mixture for ~20min
  4. Oil pan with coconut oil and turn to medium heat
  5. Fry tempeh until both sides turn brown (~10min each side)
