Cooking Instructions:

Base

  1. Oil pan with coconut oil and turn to medium heat
  2. Sauté diced onions and garlic in pan until golden brown (~15min)
  3. Spice beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, coriander and oregano
  4. Add beef to pan, mixing frequently until meat is brown throughout (~10 mins)
  5. Season beef with tomato sauce and vegetables and cook on low heat for additional 5min

Topping

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot and turn stove temperature to low
  2. Boil yams until soft throughout (~20min)
  3. Peel and mash yam into large bowl
  4. Add unsalted butter and spice with salt and cinnamon

The Mix

  1. Place beef into a pyrex, top it off with mashed yams, bake in oven at 400°F (204°C) for ~30min
