LOW CARB PIZZA!! Now that’s genius!!

Cooking Instructions:

Chicken:

  1. Cut chicken breast into small pieces and dice onion
  2. Oil pan with coconut oil and turn to medium heat
  3.  Spice chicken with salt, turmeric, pepper, garlic powder and basil
  4. Cook chicken and onions on medium heat with lid on for ~30min

Spinach & Mushrooms:

  1. Oil pan with coconut oil and turn stove to medium heat
  2. Add spinach and mushrooms to pan and let it cook until it spinach wilts and mushrooms lose water

Let’s make the pizza:

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F (176˚C)
  2. Add chicken, cooked spinach, mushrooms chopped tomatoes and tomato paste onto cabbage leaves
  3. Cook in preheated oven for ~20min
  4. Sprinkle cheese on pizza and cook in oven for additional 5min until cheese melts
