Purpose: To condition the core and specifically the upper abs.

Execution: Get onto your knees with a body ball in front of you. Lean forward and place your elbows onto the ball engaging your core. Role the ball forward with your elbows by allowing your arms to slightly extend and your body to lower further. This is a small movement, so lower yourself to a point that you are comfortable. Then slowly draw your elbows back into your body, bending your arms, and raising your body. Try to lift yourself up by using your abs. Exhale all the air out of your lungs at the top of each rep and really squeeze your abs.
