This is an in home abs workout program (intermediate level). Perform each workout 4 times each week before proceeding to the next workout.
Circuit 1
Leg Lift 15,15,15 Reps
Oblique Crunch 30,30,30 Reps
Jackknife 30,30,30 Reps
3 rounds
Rest 45s between each round
Complete 15 reps on one side and then repeat for the other side
Circuit 2
Knee to Chest 30,30,30 Reps
Knee to Elbow 30,30,30 Reps
Side Hip Thrust 30,30,30 Reps
3 rounds
Rest 45s between each round
Complete 15 reps on one side and then repeat for the other side
