Directions
Chicken (optional):

- Cut chicken breast into small pieces and dice onion
- Oil pan with coconut oil and turn to medium heat
- Spice chicken with salt, turmeric, pepper, garlic powder and basil
- Cook chicken and onions on medium heat with lid on for ~30min
Spinach & Mushrooms:
-
- Oil pan with coconut oil and turn stove to medium heat
- Add spinach and mushrooms to pan and let it cook until it spinach wilts and mushrooms lose water
Let’s make the pizza:
- Preheat oven to 350˚F (176˚C)
- Add chicken, cooked spinach, mushrooms chopped tomatoes and tomato paste onto cabbage leaves
- Cook in preheated oven for ~20min
- Sprinkle cheese on pizza and cook in oven for additional 5min until cheese melts
