Directions
- Blend onion and mix into ground beef
- Spice ground beef with paprika, basil, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and salt
- Oil pan with coconut oil and turn stove temperature to medium
- Cook beef until no pink throughout (~10min)
- Turn stove temperature to low and add tomato paste and green peas to the pan
- Place lid on pan and let the mix cook for ~5min
- Bring water to a boil in a pot and turn to low (~ 1:1.5 ratio of brown rice:water)
- Add white rice to pot followed by coconut oil and salt
- Cook with lid closed for ~1hr
