Directions
- Bring water to a boil in a pot and turn stove temperature to low
- Boil yams until soft throughout (~20min)
- Peel and mash yam into large bowl
- Add blended onion, egg and beef to bowl
- Spice with salt and pepper and mix
- Make medium size meat balls and press them onto a plate to flatten them
- Coat the cutlet with breadcrumbs
- Oil pan with coconut oil and cook on medium heat until outside surface is golden brown (~10min each side)
