Directions

  1. Mix oatmeal with hot water in a bowl and allow to soak for ~20min
  2. Sprinkle cinnamon and dice up apple
  3. Once cooled, add protein powder and mix thoroughly until creamy.  *Recipe is with whey protein.  For vegan replace with plant protein.
