Directions

  1. Oil pan with coconut oil and turn to medium heat
  2. Spice chicken drumsticks with salt, turmeric, pepper, garlic powder and basil
  3. Dice onion and add to pan
  4. Cook chicken and onions with lid on for ~25min
  5. Once cooked, turn stove temperature to low, add carrots and vegetables and allow to cook for ~5min
