Directions

  1. Use a food processor to whizz chickpeas, coriander, lemon, cumin, salt and pepper
  2. Place into bowl and mix with breadcrumb and diced onions
  3. Form burgers and add remaining bread crumbs to both sides
  4. Oil pan with coconut oil and turn to medium heat
  5. Fry burger until crispy on the outside (~4min each side)
