Directions
- Preheat oven to 375˚C (190˚F)
- Use a food processor to whizz chickpeas, red onion, parsley, cumin, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
- Mix in coconut oil
- Make small balls about 2 inches wide and ½ inch thick
- Bake each side until outer layer is light brown (~12min each side)
