Directions

  1. Oil pan with coconut oil and turn stove to medium heat
  2. Spice tofu with salt, garlic, cumin, coriander and season with garlic, coconut oil and vinegar
  3. Toss tofu in pan until golden brown (~10min)
  4. Add broccoli, asparagus, peas and tofu and toss until spices are evenly distributed
