    Beef

  1. Blend onion and mix into ground beef
  2. Spice ground beef with paprika, basil, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and salt
  3. Oil pan with coconut oil and turn stove temperature to medium
  4. Cook beef until no pink throughout (~10min)
  5. Turn stove temperature to low and add tomato paste and green peas to the pan
  6. Place lid on pan and let the mix cook for ~5min
  7. White Rice:

  8. Bring water to a boil in a pot and turn to low (~ 1:1.5 ratio of brown rice:water)
  9. Add white rice to pot followed by coconut oil and salt
  10. Cook with lid closed for ~1hr
