Directions
- Oil pan with coconut oil and turn to medium heat
- Sauté diced onion in pan until golden brown (~15min)
- Spice beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, coriander and oregano
- Roll up ground beef in medium size balls, place into pan and cook until outer layer is golden, flipping as necessary (~10min each side)
- Sprinkle shredded non-dairy cheese over pan and cook with lid closed for ~5min
