Directions

  1. Oil pan with coconut oil and turn to medium heat
  2. Sauté diced onion in pan until golden brown (~15min)
  3. Spice beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, coriander and oregano
  4. Roll up ground beef in medium size balls, place into pan and cook until outer layer is golden, flipping as necessary (~10min each side)
  5. Sprinkle shredded non-dairy cheese over pan and cook with lid closed for ~5min
