Directions
- Add unsweetened almond milk to blender followed by eggs and oatmeal
- Mix at a low speed until smooth
- Oil pan with coconut oil and turn to medium heat
- Pour mix into pan and cook until base hardens (~10min)
- Flip pancakes and cook other side for ~5 min
- Mix protein shake with enough almond milk to make a thick mixture and pour over pancakes
