Purpose:

Execution: Set the padded bar just above your ankle. From a standing position, hook one leg onto the support. Curl your leg back and up in a semicircular arc. Squeeze at the peak contraction before lowering the weight to the start position. Be sure to lift the weight until your heel touches your glutes.
