Directions

  1. Mush a banana in a bowl using a fork
  2. Break up a caramel rice cake into small pieces and add to bowl
  3. Slice up strawberries and add to bowl
  4. Mix protein powder with unsweetened almond milk and pour into bowl.  *Ingredient is with whey protein.  For Vegan, replace with plant protein.
