Directions

    Rice:

  1. 1. Rinse and wash brown rice and place in pot
  2. 2. Add water (~ 1:2 ratio of rice:water) and turn the stove temperature to low-medium and allow to cook for ~1hr
  3. Vegetables:
  4. 1. Oil pan with coconut oil and turn stove temperature to low
  5. 2
  6. 3. Cook on high until there is no more water in the pan (water comes out of the mushrooms)
  7. 4. Add chopped asparagus and peppers to pan that contains mushrooms
  8. 5. Cook on medium heat for 15 min
