Brown rice can get boring, but a little creativity can change everything!!
Directions
- 1. Rinse and wash brown rice and place in pot
- 2. Add water (~ 1:2 ratio of rice:water) and turn the stove temperature to low-medium and allow to cook for ~1hr
- Vegetables:
- 1. Oil pan with coconut oil and turn stove temperature to low
- 2
- 3. Cook on high until there is no more water in the pan (water comes out of the mushrooms)
- 4. Add chopped asparagus and peppers to pan that contains mushrooms
- 5. Cook on medium heat for 15 min
