The perfect substitute for French fries and a great on the go snack!

French fries contain trans fats which you want to avoid.  These yam chips are made with coconut oil so not only are they trans-fat free but they contain healthy fats!  Best part is, these yam chips taste great cold.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375˚C (190˚F)
  2. Peel and cut yams into thin slices (~3-5 mm thick)
  3. Oil cooking tray with coconut oil and fill tray with yams (single layer tastes best!)
  4. Spice with Himalayan salt and cinnamon
  5. Cook in oven until soft throughout (~20min)
