The perfect substitute for French fries and a great on the go snack!
French fries contain trans fats which you want to avoid. These yam chips are made with coconut oil so not only are they trans-fat free but they contain healthy fats! Best part is, these yam chips taste great cold.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375˚C (190˚F)
- Peel and cut yams into thin slices (~3-5 mm thick)
- Oil cooking tray with coconut oil and fill tray with yams (single layer tastes best!)
- Spice with Himalayan salt and cinnamon
- Cook in oven until soft throughout (~20min)
