Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot and turn stove temperature to low
  2. Boil yams until soft throughout (~20min)
  3. Peel and mash yam into large bowl
  4. Add blended onion, egg and beef to bowl
  5. Spice with salt and pepper and mix
  6. Make medium size meat balls and press them onto a plate to flatten them
  7. Coat the cutlet with breadcrumbs
  8. Oil pan with coconut oil and cook on medium heat until outside surface is golden brown (~10min each side)
