Primary Muscle: Triceps

Level: Beginner
Purpose: To target the outer/lateral and inner/long head of the triceps brachii muscle.
Execution: Place your hands on the ground directly beneath you, close together, forming a diamond with your thumb and index finger. Keeping your body tight to your body, press up until your arms are straight just before the point your elbows lock out. Squeeze your triceps at the top of each rep as before slowly lowering your body to the start position.
