Equipment: Cable
Level: Intermediate
Purpose: To target the outer/lateral head of the triceps brachii muscle.
Execution: Stand with your feet at shoulder width and bend over until you are parallel to the floor. Grasp the cable attached to the low pulley cable with a neutral grip (handing facing your side). Keeping your elbows locked at your side and your wrist straight, pull the weight back extending your arm until it is straight. Squeeze your triceps at the end of each rep before allowing the cable to pull your forward to the start position and repeating.
