Level: Intermediate
Purpose: To target the obliques.
Execution: From a kneeling position with your right side facing the pulley cable, grasp a rope attached to the high pulley cable with both hands. Holding the rope out in front of your body, rotate your torso as if you were swinging a baseball bat. Squeeze your core as you lower the weight and exhale your breath. Repeat and perform the same movement for the opposite side.
