Level: Intermediate
Purpose: To target the latissimus dorsi muscle of your back.
Execution: Standing with your feet shoulder width, grasp a rope attached to the high pulley cable. Keeping your arms out in front of you with a slight bend in your elbows, lean forward at the waist and pull the rope down and in. Do your best to pull through your elbows. Squeeze your chest, back, and triceps before allowing the weight to return to its original position. It may help to lean further forward as allow the weight to rise.
