Level: Advanced
Purpose: To target the middle head of the pectoralis major muscle.
Execution: Place your hands on the ground slightly wider than shoulder width apart and get up onto your toes with your body parallel to the ground. Keeping your body tight, press up and explode off the ground, bring your hands together to clap directly beneath your body. Return your hands to the original position before slowly lowering your body to the start position. Lower yourself to the floor before pressing up for another repetition.
