Purpose: To target the middle head of the pectoralis major muscle.
Execution: From a standing position, take a hold of the handles attached to mid pulley and extend your arms out to either side. Keeping your body upright and a slight bend in your elbows, bring your arms in together and forward in a semicircular arc. Squeeze at the peak contraction before lowering the weight slowly to the start position.
