Primary Muscle: Abs
Equipment: Bodyweight
Level: Intermediate
Purpose: To target the upper and lower abs.
Execution: Lay flat on a floor and place your hands overhead and extend your legs. Holding a medicine ball in between your feet, raise your legs up over your body, rolling your pelvis off the floor. Simultaneously, crunch and reach up to grab the medicine ball with your hands. Squeeze your abs at the top of each rep and fully exhale before lowering your body to the start position. Repeat and perform the same movement but passing the ball from your hands to your feet.
