Purpose: To target the obliques.
Execution: From a lying position on the floor, place your hands along either side of your body and your feet flat on the floor. Crunch up, lifting your shoulder blades off the floor. Rotate your body and touch your right hand to your right heel. Squeeze at the peak contraction then rotate your body to the other side to touch your left hand to your left heel.
