Purpose: To target the outer/lateral and inner/long head of the triceps brachii muscle.
Execution: From a seated position on the triceps press down machine, grasp the handles with a neutral grip. Keeping your body upright and your elbows tucked in, press down until your arms are fully extended but not locked out. Squeeze at the peak contraction before lowering the weight for another repetition.
