Purpose: To target the obliques.
Execution: From a lying position on your left side, extend your left arm out in front of you and stack your feet on top one another. Simultaneously crunch up and raise your feet. Squeeze at the peak contraction and give a strong exhale before lowering yourself slowly to the start position. Repeat the same movement for the other side.
