Purpose: To target the upper abs.
Execution: From a kneeling position, lean forward and place your elbows onto the medicine ball. Keeping your core tight, roll the ball forward with your elbows, extending your arms. This is a small movement, so lower yourself to a point that you are comfortable. Hold at the peak stretch before returning slowly to the start position. Squeeze your core and give a strong exhale when you bring the ball back to the start position before extending for another repetition.
