Purpose: To isolate and work the rear delts.
Execution: Set up an incline bench. With your knees on the seat rest your chest onto the bench allowing your arms to straight down. Grab a hold of two dumbbells with your palms facing each other. Lift the weight outward and up to either side while turning your wrists slightly pointing your thumbs (as if pouring a glass of water). Laying on a bench like this takes all the momentum out of the move and forces you to lift with the back of your shoulders.
