Purpose: To target the obliques.
Execution: From a lying position on your right side, lift your body onto your right forearm and feet. Stack your feet on top of one another. Drive your hips up, squeezing your obliques at the peak contraction before lowering your body slowly to the start position. Complete the set and repeat the same movement for the other side.
