Purpose: To target the obliques.
Execution: From a lying position on your right side, lift your body onto your right forearm and feet. Stack your feet on top of one another. Reach your free hand under your body. Your hips may raise slightly when reaching underneath your body. Rotate your torso and reach for the sky. Squeeze the midsection at the peak contraction before reaching underneath your body for another repetition.
