Purpose:
Execution: From a standing position and keeping your body upright, step up onto a bench or platform, driving up with your front leg. As you step up, kick the free leg back to engage the glute on the opposite leg. Squeeze at the peak contraction before lowering yourself to the start position. Repeat the same movement for the other leg and keep alternating until you have reached your desired rep range.
