Level: Intermediate

Purpose:

Execution: From a standing position, lift a bar overhead and place it carefully on your back across your shoulders. Keeping your body upright, take a large step forward and lower yourself slowly to the floor. Do not let your back knee hit the floor. Drive straight up with your front heel until your legs are fully extended but not locked out. Take a large step forward and repeat the same movement for the other leg. Keep alternating and walking forward until you have reached your desired rep range.
