Purpose: To target the upper abs.
Execution: From a lying position on a decline bench, lock your feet onto the support. Holding a weight in your hands, extend your arms straight over your body. Crunch up, pushing the weight straight up and lifting your shoulder blades off the bench. Squeeze at the peak contraction and give a strong exhale before returning slowly to the start position. Roll your back on and off the bench, keeping the tension on the abs.
